You reach the centre of Lake Como by boat to discover the beauty and the feeling of the landscape, of the villages and of mountains that surround it. The tour ends with a visit to a villa and its gardens.

Aboard the Navigazione Lago di Como boat or a private speedboat, you can listen to the thrilling tales of the guide, the stories set against a backdrop of exquisite views over the shores, the monuments, churches and luxurious villas and behind them the slopes on which ancient towns and chapels stand, followed by the mountain tops on which perch pastures and lodges. Once disembarked in the centre of the Lake there is a visit to Villa Carlotta of Tremezzo, now a museum, and its enchanting botanical gardens, famous for their spring flowering of camellias, rhododendrons and azaleas. These have been praised by many famous writers and show the importance Lake Como has enjoyed in the past. We can then choose to disembark at Bellagio, known as the pearl of the Lario, set right at the heart of Lake Como. Franz Listz would have been the first to suggest a visit to the romantic park of Villa Melzi D’Eril, built by Duke Ludovico, Vice President of the Cisalpine Republic.
